Nice sconce. I am not sure of the mounting issue being a product issue or installer issue. An electrician who is part of my remodel installed, but the bulb was sticking above the sconce. I looked at the instructions which were very lacking, and then tried to find a video for assistance, which there are none except the products sales videos.
Ultimately I purchased a french cleat hanger to position the decorative piece at an appropriate level
