120% Lowest Price Guarantee

We strive to always be at the lowest price anywhere online. If you'd like to support smaller businesses by buying from us, but saw a lower price somewhere else, we can usually match the price and beat it.

We offer a discount of 120% off of the difference between the two prices (you save the difference plus another 20% of the difference.) 

For Example:

Find our price (e.g. $120), and the competitor's price (e.g. $100).

If our price is $120

If the competitor's price is $100

The difference is $120 - $100 = $20

120% of the $20 difference ($20 * 1.2) is a discount of $24

Your price with us, is our original price ($120) minus the discount ($24) = $96

Formula: New Price = Our price - ((Our price - Competitors price) * 1.2)

Already ordered?

If you already placed an order and would still like to match a price you found, please email us within 30 days of placing the order and we will refund the 120% difference.

Even if you ordered and have received the item and are using it, we will still honor the price match policy provided you qualify.

How to submit your claim

Email us at sales@lampsusa.com with the following information:

• URL Web address of the item's product page on the competing website
• Your name with phone number and zip code
• Your order number
• The competitors price and the shipping cost

If we approve your request, we will work with you to place the order at the discounted price.

Terms and Conditions

• The item must be the identical product, including model number/sku, manufacturer, year, finish, packaging, etc. Please check style numbers carefully.
• The price must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current and the item must be currently available. LampsUSA will only match prices with other authorized vendors.
• Shipping costs must be included when making total price comparisons. Be sure to include merchandise PLUS shipping/handling costs charged elsewhere, because sometimes some of the product price is "shifted" into hidden shipping costs.
• Terms of sale must be the same for the price guarantee to apply. The seller must allow returns, provide similar shipping, etc. We cannot match prices of membership clubs that require subscription fees, ie special discounts based on a fee spread across multiple orders.
• LampsUSA matches only new, first quality merchandise. Seconds, refurbished, floor models, used, or auction merchandise do not qualify.
• As an authorized dealer, LampsUSA is sometimes restricted by the manufacturer from selling below their suggested price. We cannot violate these agreements. Please let us know if other authorized dealers are selling below these restricted levels.
• Our price guarantee does not apply to Ashley or Signature Design by Ashley items.
• We reserve the right not to sell below our cost. We do not match clearance prices, misprints, pricing errors etc. It must be a regular-priced item.
• LampsUSA reserves the right to determine if a competing product and/or price reflects a true and fair comparison.
• LampsUSA makes every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. If an error is discovered, we will correct it. We reserve the right to revoke any offer and to correct any inaccuracies, errors or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, confirmed, or after a credit card has been charged.
• "Gift-with-purchase" offers such as free items cannot be considered in the price match calculation.
• The price match discount cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, offer or specials. It applies only to the regular price.
