We are happy with our purchase. The packaging was very protective and the lamp arrived undamaged. The assembly was easy and the instructions were clearly written. This was a birthday present for my wife. She does a lot of crocheting and needed a good overhead light. We raised the floor pedal light switch to a nearby table that's within easy reach. Works well - no problems.

Several years ago I ordered this same lamp which has served me well. That is why I reordered the same lamp when the first one began to flicker.
I read extensively and have poor natural light. Also, I am older. This lamp
has become essential for me. It takes up little space, and the flexibility of aiming the lamp is great.
The assembly instructions are simple and precise. (The final steps are a challenge solo but that is me.)
I should give these 5 stars as quality is great, but I just like how it looked in my bathroom, so I returned it.
I do jigsaw puzzles and was having trouble getting the lighting right on the pieces. But this lamp solved the problem. The light does not glare and make the puzzles pieces hard to see.

I really needed this lamp to see more clearly while reading! It's nice and bright. Any problem I still have is because of the weakness of my eyes.
I ordered 2 of these shades to go in a guest bedroom. They look grea! Well designed, sturdy and the linen fabric gives a high quality look. The only problem was shipping. One shade with shipping container arrived severely damaged. It's 1st replacement also arrived damaged. Finally, 3rd time was good. Customer support was friendly and worked quickly to ship replacements. Suggest sturdier shipping boxes, and better FedEx handling.

The shades I purchased were perfect for the tall table lamps that came from my mother's house.

We bought a combination lamp and end table for our cabin. But, of course, a year later, the shade simply kept sliding off the shade frame and wouldn't stay attached. Bought this lovely shade that fits perfectly. Is definitely more structurally sound than the one that came with the lamp table. Will definitely order more from Lamps USA going forward!
