Easy Returns within 30 days
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days to request a Return Authorization Number. Please have your name, order number, and the reason for the return ready.
Do not ship anything back until we authorize your return.
Any items returned without a return authorization, missing packaging, parts or manuals, or with damage will be assessed a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Any items with Cut Wires or in otherwise unsalable condition are not returnable!
Please inspect all items upon receipt for any damage, within 7 days. Any item damaged due to freight handling or factory defects will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to you. Please e-mail us at email@example.com or call within 7 days with your name and order number.
If you receive a damaged item, we will make every effort to replace the part or the entire item so you are fully happy with your new item. If you decide not to have the item replaced, then the original shipping charge is not refundable.
If your item arrives in good condition but with any parts missing, please contact us and we'll make sure you receive everything you ordered.
Shipping Back to Us
Items should be returned in new, uninstalled, undamaged and unused condition. When we receive these as-new items, we will refund you the total price minus the original shipping cost.
We cannot accept returns on merchandise you have used, installed, altered or damaged. All returned items are shipped at the customer's expense unless we are replacing due to our mistake.
All returns must have a Return Authorization prior to return for any reason. Please contact us and we will provide you with the return shipping address, which varies based on the manufacturer/warehouse.To ship the item to us, we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking (e.g UPS, Fedex), and that you insure the returned item for the entire amount. You can then track whether we have received your items. Please allow at least 5 business days for processing before you contact us for an update.
If you are purchasing lamp shades, please do not remove the protective plastic-wrap until you are sure you will be keeping the shade, otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be charged. When you are sure you are keeping the lampshade, remove the plastic wrap before using the lamp.
LampsUSA proudly stands behind every product we sell. With the 1 Year LampsUSA Warranty, you can be assured we will repair or replace your purchase at no charge. Contact us within one year of the purchase date if you discover any defect in materials or workmanship. Most items are covered by the existing manufacturer warranty.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by your mishandling or use of the product in ways other than specified by the manufacturer, including breakage or malfunctions. (Light bulbs are not covered by this warranty.)
In no event shall LampsUSA be liable for incidental damages. Some states do not allow limitations for how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. Please keep your original receipt with this warranty.
