In the early 20th century; Tiffany Studios used artful mastery to develop the look of woven fabric with a fringed skirt out of glass. Meyda Tiffany is able to configure this timeless reproduction into a stunning table lamp. The shade features Multi-hued Plum fringe with dome brickwork intertwined with Emerald; Cobalt; Heather; Xanadu; Azure and Saffron art glass. The art glass shade is created using the famous Meyda Tiffany copperfoil construction process and is enhanced with a table base finished in Mahogany Bronze. What is a Table Lamp?
A table lamp is a portable light which can sit on a side-table. Usually a light bulb is positioned above the lamp base and surrounded by a lamp shade. They plug into a regular wall socket and can be easily switched on or off while seated nearby. Light typically emits outward and downward to illuminate a local area, great for tasks, reading, crafts and hobbies.
