Coastal Armour has been expanded to also include die-cast aluminum material that uses high-end marine grade paint and passes 800 hour UV and salty/spray test. The hardware is galvanized steel or brass.

What is an Outdoor Post Light?
An outdoor post lantern is attached to the top of a metal post (not included). This is usually positioned at the entrance to a driveway, or in the middle of a large open space. It can also function to light an entry-way if placed close to the building. Light is emitted in all directions. As a hardwired fixture, outdoor post lights are electrically installed and may be operated by a wall switch or sensor. A larger yard may need more than one. They can be alternatively mounted onto a pier-mount adapater on top of a wall.

An electrician or person with electrical installation knowledge will need to permanently wire the post light into the building's electrical supply.
