Return Policy

Easy Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days with your name, order number, and reason for the return to request a Return Authorization Number. 

Any items returned without a return authorization, missing packaging, parts or manuals, or with damage will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect all items upon receipt for any damage. Any item damaged due to freight handling or factory defects will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to you. Please e-mail us at sales@lampsusa.com within 7 days with your Name and Order Number.

If you receive a damaged item, we will make every effort to replace the part or the entire item so you are fully happy with your new item. If you decide not to replace the item, then the original shipping charge is not refundable.

Shipping Back to Us

Upon return of the merchandise in New, Uninstalled, Undamaged & Unused Condition, we will refund you the total less the original shipping and handling. We cannot accept returns on merchandise you have used, installed, altered or damaged. All returned items are shipped at the customer's expense. All returns must have a Return Authorization.

We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking, and that you insure the returned item for the entire amount.

Lamp Shades

If you are purchasing lamp shades, please do not remove the protective plastic-wrap until you are sure you will be keeping the shade, otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be charged. When you are sure you are keeping the lampshade, remove the plastic wrap before using the lamp.

Warranted Merchandise

LampsUSA will honor all available manufacturer warranties still in effect covering manufacturer defects. Please open and inspect all items upon receipt for full warranty protection.
