Feiss | Thomlinson Place 1-Light Buffet Lamp Midnight Silver 10132MSVR

This lamp is very attractive and seems to be great quality. The base coloring is quite nice with silver and brassy elements. The shade is more of a taupe grey than expected, I would not call it grey silver, it looks almost light brown from certain angles, that's why the taupe description. The angle of the picture makes it appear narrower and taller in proportion than it really it. I expected a typical tall narrow buffet lamp, but would describe this more as halfway between a buffet lamp and a regular table lamp. I kept it because I did not want to deal with shipping back and it does not look bad on my hall table, but if I had seen it first, I would have passed and kept looking for something narrower.
