• The item must be the identical product, including model number, manufacturer, year, finish, packaging, etc.  Please check style numbers carefully.
• The price must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current and the item must be currently available. LampsUSA.com will only match prices with other authorized vendors.
• Shipping costs must be included when making Total Price comparisons.  Be sure to include merchandise PLUS shipping/handling costs charged elsewhere.
• LampsUSA.com sells only new, first quality merchandise.  Seconds, refurbished, floor models, used, or auction merchandise do not qualify.
• As an authorized dealer, LampsUSA.com is sometimes restricted by the manufacturer from selling below their suggested price.    We cannot violate these agreements.  Please let us know if other authorized dealers are selling below these restricted levels.
• We reserve the right not to sell below our cost. We do not match clearance prices, misprints, etc.
•  "Gift-with-purchase" offers cannot be considered in the price match calculation.
• Price Match Discount cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, offer or specials
