Terms/Conditions:

• The item must be the identical product, including model number, manufacturer, year, finish, packaging, etc.  Please check style numbers carefully.
• The price must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current and the item must be currently available. LAMPSUSA will only match prices with other authorized vendors.
• Shipping costs must be included when making Total Price comparisons.  Be sure to include merchandise PLUS shipping/handling costs charged elsewhere.
• Terms of sale must be the same for Price Guarantee to apply. We cannot match prices of Membership clubs that require subscription fees.
• LAMPSUSA sells only new, first quality merchandise.  Seconds, refurbished, floor models, used, or auction merchandise do not qualify.
• As an authorized dealer, LAMPSUSA is sometimes restricted by the manufacturer from selling below their suggested price. We cannot violate these agreements.  Please let us know if other authorized dealers are selling below these restricted levels.
• We reserve the right not to sell below our cost. We do not match clearance prices, misprints, etc.
• Price adjustments are made on the selling price of the item only. Shipping & Sales tax are not included in the price calculation. LAMPSUSA reserves the right to determine if a competing product and/or price reflect a true and fair comparison. The 120% price guarantee does not include freight cost. No dealers please.
• LAMPSUSA makes every effort to ensure price and offer accuracy. If an error is discovered, we will correct it. We reserve the right to revoke any offer and to correct any inaccuracies, errors or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, confirmed, or after a credit card has been charged.
• "Gift-with-purchase" offers cannot be considered in the price match calculation.
• Price Match Discount cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, offer or specials
