Ordering
How
can I place an order?
Once
you find that perfect light, simply click "Add to Cart " beneath the
price. From there, you may continue shopping or click on "Checkout Now"
to complete your shopping. Once you are checking out, enter your
address. Please notewe cannot ship to a PO box, we must have a physical
address. If this address is different to your billing address, fill out
your separate billing address below and make sure you click the `no`
box to indicate that your addresses are not the same. (If you do not
click the box your billing address will be ignored.) Don't forget to
enter your current e-mail address (Please double check this so we can
update you on the status of your order.) Then click to proceed to the
next screen.
Enter any order
notes you'd like us to be aware of. Then fill out your
name as it appears on your credit card and your credit card number
(without dashes, hyphens or spaces), plus the last 3 or 4 digit
security code, expiration date, payment method and whether its Visa,
MasterCard or Discover. For a copy of your order, you may print your
order prior to paying. We will also email you a confirmation. For your
protection, we verify your credit card information.

What
payment methods does LampsUSA
accept?
LampsUSA accepts
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal. Your card will be
debited when we can confirm shipping time. You will be given the option
via e-mail to cancel your order or to wait for any item that may be
temporarily out of stock or backordered. Backorders will be debited to
your credit card at the time the item is shipped. We also accept
cashiers checks and money orders made payable to our parent company,
Home Concept. We DO NOT accept personal checks.

How
can I
check the status of my order?
After
placing your order with LampsUSA,
you will receive an Email message
confirming receipt of your order. Many orders ship the next business
day, but some orders take a few days to ship. Out of stock items will
take longer. We will update you via e-mail if unable to receive your
item(s) within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of your order. If you do not
receive a confirmation e-mail, please email us at
sales@lampsusa.com.Please
note, if you do not log-in/register as a user BEFORE going through the
checkout process, you will not be able to track your order online.
However, an email will be sent to you with tracking number(s) as soon
as we know your item(s) have shipped.

Are
my
credit card and other account information secure?
Yes.

including credit card number, name, address and phone number. Our
software utilizes "Secure Socket Layer" or SSL technology used by other

collects certain customer information such as your name, address,
phone number, email address, etc. to help us serve you better. This
helps us to recognize you on future visits to LampsUSA and

minimize the amount of re-keying of information you have to do.

do LampsUSA
prices compare to other internet retailers?

20-50% off manufacturer list prices, you will not find a lower price
than at LampsUSA.
We monitor our competitor's websites and adjust our
prices accordingly. If you do find a lower price online, please e-mail
us at sales@lampsusa.com or fax to us at 920-206-8272. We need to know
the exact url of the webpage showing the competitor's item, the price
of the item, any additional shipping or handling fees, and that the
model matches exactly to ours. Please also include your contact
information. Please note that our LOW PRICE GUARANTEE does not apply to
clearance, auction, refurbished, factory seconds or items which are not
the website's regular merchandise. Once verified, we are usually glad
to match the competitor's price and shipping, provided we can cover our
costs. We do not price match against websites who are in violation of
the manufacturer's minimum pricing policy and we recommend you do not
purchase from those websites. We only sell first quality merchandise at
tremendous value.

Does
LampsUSA
collect sales tax?
Only
for Wisconsin and California residents. LampsUSA
does not apply sales taxes to purchases made by non-Wisconsin or
non-California residents.

Can
I place
an order without using the internet?
Yes.
You can either print out your order and fax/mail your order to us along
with mailing your cashiers check or money order (made payable to our
parent company Home Concept). Please DO NOT send a personal check, we
do not accept them. Also you can call us toll-free at 1-877-526-7247 to
place your order. Please have your credit card and item's style #
available prior to calling.

Delivery
How
does
LampsUSA
deliver my items to me?
Most
items are shipped via FedEx. Instock items ship from our warehouse
located in Watertown, WI. Out of stock items will ship directly from
the manufacturer. We process your order within 24 hours. Please allow
up to 4 weeks for delivery. Most items will ship within 2 weeks. (If
specific items take longer, it will be noted on that item's information
page.) As always, we will notify you via e-mail if the normal delivery
time cannot be met. Please inspect your items when you receive
them, late returns will entail a restocking fee.

How
much is
shipping and handling?
Spend
just $79 and shipping is free. Otherwise shipping is only $9 PER ITEM. LampsUSA will
ship any item regardless of size, to anywhere in the contiguous United
States for only $9 per item. An exception are finials, fan pulls and
small shades, for which we charge only $3 per item. Shipping for larger
shades, especially drum/cylinder shades may require an $18 shipping fee
per shade due to having to ship in a single large box each. Additional
shipping costs apply to shipping addresses for Military APO's, FPO's,
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and those addresses will not quality for
free shipping.

Does
LampsUSA
ship outside the contiguous 48 states?
Yes.
We can ship to Military APO's. Interested customers should submit their
orders. Then, we will e-mail you with any additional freight charges.
You will then have the option of accepting these charges or canceling
your order. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and fees
for items shipped outside the United States. Currently, we are unable
to ship outside the contiguous United States except for Military APO's.

Can
LampsUSA
send me a catalog of all your products?
Our
website is our entire catalog available 24 hours a day and 7 days a
week. Please feel free to print images and product information from our
website for your personal use.

you offer discounts for purchases over $1500?
It
depends on the manufacturer. Some purchases may qualify for special
pricing and/or shipping. We will gladly pass those savings, if
available, from the manufacturer to you. Please call us toll-free at
1-877-526-7247 to place your order. Then, we will call you back with
available savings.

Do
you
guarantee prices for any period of time?
We
strive to provide great products at low prices. The only time our
prices change is to reflect changes in pricing from the manufacturers.
Also, we pass any savings on to you if a manufacturer reduces the cost
of an item.

Are
your
prices accurate?
We
work hard to make sure all prices shown on our site are the lowest
allowable prices we can sell online. We reserve the right to not
fulfill an order due to a price typo. We would never intentionally
display a price that is unusually low just to attract attention. Not
our style.

much is the shipping?
Shipping
is only $9.00 per item to anywhere in the contiguous USA, except for
the following:

- Finials and

$3.00 per item
- Lamp shades over

$18.00 shipping
- Light bulbs and
some smaller accessories may
vary in shipping
- Orders totalling
$79 or above receive free
ground shipping, except where expidited shipping is
requested.
- Shipping
to Hawaii and Alaska
requires us to charge actual post-office shipping rates which is likely
to be higher than $9.00 per item.
