Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery
Please e-mail us your order number, the name on the order, the reason for the return and any information about damages to request a Return Authorization Number and Return Instructions. You can help avoid restock fees by repackaging your item in the same condition in which you received it, including all packing materials, parts and manuals.
Any items returned without a return authorization or without original packaging and all parts and manuals, will be assessed a 25% restock & added handling fee.

Inspect all items of your order upon receipt of delivery
Please open and inspect all items upon receipt for full warranty protection. Any damage due to freight handling or factory defect will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to you. You have 7 days upon receipt to report damage.
If you are purchasing lamp shades, you must not remove the protective plastic-wrap until you are sure you will be keeping the shade, otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be charged. When you are keeping the lampshade, make sure to then remove the plastic wrap before using the lamp.

Shipping Back to Us?
Upon return of the merchandise in New, Uninstalled, Undamaged & Unused Condition, we will refund you the total less the original shipping and handling. We cannot accept returns on merchandise you have used, installed, altered or damaged. All returned items are shipped at the customer's expense.

Safe Shipping Instructions
-Please use either UPS or FedEx Ground and insure for the entire amount of item being returned.
-Please Note: USPS does not provide accurate tracking which is why we recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground.

Damaged Merchandise
Any damage due to freight handling or factory defect will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to you. Please e-mail us at Sales@LampsUSA.com within 7 days of receipt of your damaged product with Billing Name & Order Number.

Warranted Merchandise
LAMPSUSA will honor all available manufacturer warranties still in effect covering manufacturer defects.
Please open and inspect all items upon receipt for full warranty protection.
