Lamps were delivered in a timely matter. Packaging was exceptional. The most professional packaging I have ever seen that the box would have to be run over by a truck to cause any damage, if any. The lamps look better then the picture, they are beautiful and extremely well made. I have already received numerous compliments and would highly recommend these lamps. Quality, look, style & shipping all top notch. 2 thumbs up.

I have purchased these lamps two times. The service was excellent and they arrived quickly. My sockets were cheap and defective. You will note as you put together the parts that the socket is wobbly. The first pair lasted five years until the switches broke off. Instead of repairing, I purchased another set. Again I noted that the sockets were cheap and wobbly. I have now had these lamps for almost two years. In these two years I have had to replace the 100 watt bulb 10 times in each. The bulbs blow out quickly. Today I am taking the lamps for replacement of the sockets. Yes, the lamps are very pretty, but the sockets from the start were defective.

First of all, I’m very impressed with LampsUSA and the promptness of delivery. I placed an order for theses Diallo lamps last Monday, and it was already sitting on my porch by Wednesday. Kudos to an effective delivery system!
Second, I came across the Diallo lamps online and I immediately thought they would look great in my study. The design at the base played a big part in my decision to purchase them, and I was pleased that what I saw in the pictures online was exactly what I got when I opened my box on Wednesday morning. It was the same design, the same color, the same everything. I also noted that none of the parts were missing, or broken, and the lamps were very carefully placed inside the box. They didn’t, however, come with ready light bulbs, but that was an easily remediable glitch.
Other than the classy design, I love the ambiance that the lamps provide for the room. The shades provide a soft glow that offers just enough light for my reading, but does not give off an unfriendly glare, either. I’m considering getting another pair of these lamps for a friend, and I would also totally recommend the other selections on LampsUSA.
